Update 11:15 am: Forest Service officials say crews almost have a fire line completely around the blaze. Also, the two air tankers have been called off the fire and the two helicopters are on standby.
Update 12 pm: Forest Service officials say the forward rate of spread has been stopped and crews have another 200 feet of line to cut around the flames. The problem is standing dead trees that are making it unsafe for firefighters to work in that area according to Forest Service officials.
