Vehicle Fire On Highway 108

Jamestown, CA — Firefighters are mopping up a vehicle fire near Jamestown.

The CHP reports that a vehicle briefly caught fire on Highway 108 near Rushing Meadow Lookout Road. Air resources from Columbia were  dispatched, but they were released back to base shortly after the first responders arrived. The vehicle is off the highway, and traffic is reportedly moving in the area. No injuries have been reported as a result of the fire.
