Sonora, CA — Cal Fire reports crews have contained the Highway 108 vegetation fire at half an acre. The flames broke out just after noon along the highway near Lime Kiln Road. The westbound lane was blocked, and traffic was being diverted to Mono Way for more than an hour and a half. Cal Fire reports the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
