Update: 12:25 p.m.: A vegetation fire in Angels Camp on Meacham Ranch road off Highway 49 has been contained at a half-acre, according to CAL Fire. While two engines remain on the scene mopping up, fire officials have not yet determined the cause of the blaze.

Original Post at 11:57 a.m.:San Andreas, CA — All aircraft from Columbia and other fire resources are responding to a fire reported at 11:40 said to be located in the 3300 block of Meacham Ranch Road at the 2100 block of Highway 49, according to CAL Fire.
