East Sonora Structure Fire

East Sonora, CA — Fire crews are on the scene of a structure fire in East Sonora.

Cal Fire is reporting that a shed is on fire in the 19000 block of Hillsdale Drive off Mono Way near the Mono Village Apartments . Cal Fire spokesperson Lindy Shoff indicates, “It’s a 10 x 10 fully engulfed shed. There is no spread to nearby vegetation. Two engines are on scene and they have cancelled the remaining incoming resources.”

Shoff adds that firefighters will remain on scene mopping up while investigators are sifting through the rubble looking for clues as to what sparked the blaze.
