Mariposa, CA — CAL Fire reports this morning that the Coronado Fire west of Lake McClure is up to 125 acres and 75-percent containment.
Crews made progress overnight building a suppression line around the fire. The blaze is situated west of the Detwiler Fire footprint. There are no evacuation advisories or orders currently in place, via the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office. It is unknown what ignited the fire. Resources will remain on scene throughout the day.
