Original story posted at 5:44pm: Coarsegold, CA — The CAL Fire Madera-Mariposa Unit, and fire crews from the surrounding area, are on the scene of a 15 acre vegetation fire in Coarsegold.
The Cornerstone Fire is burning near the intersection of Cornerstone Court and Road 400 in the Yosemite Lakes Park area. The fire is burning in grassy oak woodland. It is being fought from both the air and ground. You will notice fire resources heading to the area.
