Armario Fire Update

Soulsbyville, CA — CAL Fire reports the Armario Fire in Soulsbyville is now 90 percent contained and 30 acres.

They had called for the fire to be completely out around 7pm Thursday night, but crews are still on the scene. CAL Fire says they will remain there checking hot spots and mopping up.


In total, two residential structures, one an A-frame and a stick frame, as well as one out building, one pick-up, two cars, a recreation vehicle and one travel trailer were damaged in the fire. CAL Fire says there have been no injuries.


Several agencies helped battle the blaze including Tuolumne County SO, Red Cross, Tuolumne County FD, Tuolumne City Fire District, CDCR, CHP, PG&E, Tuolumne Utility District
