Fire Damages Home

Angels Camp, CA — Fire caused major damage to an Angels Camp home this morning.


The Angels Camp Fire Department reports that it started at around 12:20am in the 900 block of Mark Twain Road. Occupants in the home were able to safely escape after hearing the fire alarm sound. The fire caused $250,000 in damage to the structure and an additional $50-60K damage to the contents. Officials have been on scene investigating the cause.
