Early Morning Fire In Sonora

Sonora, CA–  An early morning fire caused $50,000 damage to a building in Sonora.


According to Cal Fire, there was fire and smoke damage to the 10,000 square foot building on Cedar Drive North off Cabezut Road.


The fire started at around 2 am and was controlled just before 4 am. Cal Fire units from Tuolumne County as well as Sonora City Fire assisted in extinguishing this fire.


No injuries were reported. The fire is still under investigation.
