Chinese Camp Fire

Chinese Camp, CA — Firefighters stayed busy Sunday extinguishing a fire at Pacific Ultra Power in Chinese Camp.

A pile stacked with wood chips caught fire at around 2pm, and it burned roughly a quarter acre. In some areas the pile was approximately 20 ft. high. It caused considerable smoke in the Chinese Camp area. No injuries were reported.
