Mariposa County, CA — The Motor Fire outside of Yosemite is now 85 percent contained.
The fire, which started on August 25th, is over 5,200 acres. Officials are hoping that the fire will be contained late this weekend. All evacuation orders have been lifted, however, Forest Road 1S12 in the Stanislaus National Forest remains closed.
