Copperopolis, CA– Last night a fire destroyed a home in Copperopolis.

CAL Fire reports the blaze at a two story residence on Glen Side Court, broke out at around 10:30 pm.  While knocking down the fire, an exterior wall collapsed which caused injuries to three firefighters. Two injuries were minor.  The third firefighter, a CAL Fire Captain, was seriously injured and air-lifted to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto for back and facial injuries.
