Blaze In Jamestown Overnight

Jamestown, CA – Firefighters got to work quickly on a fire in the Jamestown area of Tuolumne County last night.

Dubbed the “Stent Fire” by CAL Fire it broke out in some grass near Stent Cutoff and Algerine roads. Crews were able to contain the flames in about 30 minutes at around ¾ of an acre. No injuries were reported in the blaze and its cause remains under investigation.
