Stockton Students Join Lawsuit Against Pledge

Four Stockton students are joining atheist lawyer Michael Newdow in a lawsuit against five school districts in an attempt to remove religious references from the Pledge of Allegiance.
Last year Newdow took a similar case to the Supreme Court on behalf of his daughter. It was thrown out because he didn´t have custody of her. The students behind the suit filed this week say they were singled out for not wanting to say the words “under God.”
