Wreck on Highway 4 Kills One

A head-on collision 5 miles west of the Stanislaus/Calaveras County line left one person dead and at least three more people injured Friday.
It happened on Highway 4 a mile east of Milton Road just before 1:30pm today.
Not all of the details have been released yet, but we do know a green Ford Expedition rolled over and other vehicles were also involved in the wreck.
One person is confirmed dead, and the injured include adults and children, although names and ages are not available at this time.
In addition, Highway 4 is closed in both directions as emergency crews work to attend to the injured and sort out the scene.
