Construction crews will have Carter Street in Tuolumne City torn-up today and tomorrow – between Baker Street and Woolworth Avenue. They are doing underground utility work.
Traffic control will be in place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m each day. Officials say motorist can expect some delays in that area.
