Peterson Trial: Weekend Break
Jurors in the Scott Peterson double-murder trial will be spending the weekend sequestered at a hotel after ending their third day of deliberations without a verdict.
Some details have emerged.
A source tells The Associated Press on condition of anonymity that jurors yesterday asked to view additional pieces of evidence, including the boat prosecutors allege Peterson used to dispose of his wife´s body.
On Thursday, the jurors asked to review evidence including photographs taken at the Petersons´ home in the days after Laci Peterson vanished.
Peterson is charged with two counts of murder in the deaths of his pregnant wife and her fetus.
Deliberations resume Monday.
