The Columbia College Community Orchestra will present their Fall Concerts on Friday, October 23 at 7 p.m. and on Sunday, October 25 at 3 p.m. in the Dogwood Forum on the Columbia College campus.
“The orchestra will feature one of the pillars of the orchestral repertoire playing Franz Schubert’s Symphony No. 8 in full,” Godsil said. “I’m so excited that the orchestra has grown large and skilled enough to present an entire symphony. Additionally, since our concerts fall around the World Series this year, we’ll play some baseball-inspired selections, including James Horner’s movie music from Field of Dreams.”
This is a free event and all are welcome
