City Of Davis: Allow Gay Marriages in California

The city of Davis is asking lawmakers to enact legislation allowing gay and lesbian couples to marry.
The Davis City Council passed a resolution that´s already been sent to the governor. It asks lawmakers to remove sex and gender requirements for a civil marriage license.
