Commissioners Told To Work Harder

The state Board of Prison Terms says it can€™t handle a backlog of seven thousand parole revocation hearings – and it wants 24 more deputy commissioners to do the job. But Inspector General Steve White says the board€™s current commissioners could handle the load it they just worked harder.
