No Plea In Wallace Shootings

A Wallace man made his initial appearance in court yesterday on charges he murdered his two neighbors in a property dispute. Peter Chiesa did not enter a plea to two counts of murder with special circumstances. He´s accused of using a revolver to kill Annette Truman, and Leslie Hannameyer Tuesday morning while they were clearing eucalyptus trimmings from an easement. Chiesa´s arraignment was continued to July 11th to give him time to hire an attorney.
