New Restroom Planned For Children´s Park

That portable toilet used by folks at the “Heaven for Kids” Children´s Park and the Skate Park near the county branch library on Greenley Road will soon be replaced with a permanent restroom facility.
A matching funds grant from the state of California will help Tuolumne County construct a $264,000 restroom and transit bus stop structure.
The facility will have men and women´s restrooms, plus baby changing stations, drinking fountains, benches and the bus stop.
A new road will also be built that will expand the children´s park parking lot.
The new potty is expected to be ready by next summer.
