The Sonora Pass is now open.
Caltrans opened the pass on Highway 108 yesterday afternoon at 1 p.m. All other area mountain passes, including Ebbetts Pass on Highway 4 through Calaveras and Alpine counties, and Highway 88 through Amador County are also open, according to Caltrans.
