Davis Seeks Domestic Partner Aid

Governor Davis is issuing an executive order designed to assist the domestic partner of a victim of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
Davis is asking the administrator of the federal September 11 Victim Compensation Fund to consider California law which includes rights for domestic partners.
