Freak Accident Kills Stockton Developer

Santa Cruz County authorities says a man undressing for bed at his Aptos summer house stumbled as he wrestled to remove his pants and fell out of a plate glass window to his death. 47-year-old Brent Stone, a land developer from Stockton, fell 10 feet onto his cement driveway early Sunday morning at about 3:30 a.m. Stone died from head injuries. Sheriff´s spokesman Kim Allyn says Stone´s death is being treated as an accident.
