Youth In Custody For Starting Wildfire

A 15-year-old boy is in custody for allegedly starting a wildfire that has grown to 700 acres in El Dorado County, about 40 miles east of Sacramento. Some residents of the area have been ordered to evacuate. The blaze has destroyed at least one home since yesterday afternoon and has threatened about 30 others.
