Farmer Fined For Changing Wetlands

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments next week in the case of a San Joaquin Valley farmer who´s been fined $500,000 and ordered to restore four acres of wetlands.
The federal government says apple and wine grape grower Angelo Tsakopoulos violated a federal water law by turning seasonal wetlands into vineyards and orchards without a permit.
