The mother of the woman killed in a dog attack in San Francisco has filed a wrongful death suit. The dog
owners-Robert Noel and Marjorie Knoller-are behind bars awaiting trial on criminal charges. Knoller faces a charge of second degree murder and both face
involuntary manslaughter charges.
