John Mitchum Remembered

The Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau will hold what they call a “Celebration of Life” in the memory of long time Sonora resident John Mitchum.
The brother of actor Robert Mitchum, he earned a Grammy nomination for his writings and spoken word. Mitchum died recently in Southern California, leaving many friends here in Sonora.
Mitchum´s music and poetry will be shared at the event. It takes place this Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Sonora Inn.
