The Ukrainian immigrant charged with killing his pregnant wife and five other relatives is hobbling to court on crutches. Nikolay Soltys today did not respond to a judge´s questions.
The judge wanted Soltys to agree to a delay in his trial but Soltys didn´t respond. He broke his foot last month after jumping from a second-floor jail balcony.
