By H. Randolph HolderYou just can’t make this stuff up. A federal district judge has ordered the IRS not to withhold the $1200 stimulus payments from 85,000 state and federal inmates. This could ultimately be expanded to all inmates and cost the taxpayer nearly $2 billion.
