Landscape Plan On Commission Agenda
Sonora, CA — Items related to the future Dollar General Store in Jamestown will go before the Tuolumne County Planning Commission next week.
Last month the Commission approved a site development permit for the Dollar General building, which will be located along Highway 108 near Rawhide Road. Part of the agreement was that the developer would bring back both a Landscape Plan and a Sign Plan for the commission’s review.
The group will also vote on a proposal by a resident to build a 25ft. X 36ft. carport along Arbolada Drive in the Lake Don Pedro Subdivision.
The September 18th Planning Commission meeting will start at 6pm in the County Administration Center in downtown Sonora.
Also of note, at the last Planning Commission meeting Dick Pland was elected the new Chairman and Ron Ringen the Vice Chair.
