Join us for an evening of outdoor face-to-face networking, community discussion, tours of the Rescue, free light appetizers, no host bar, and raffle drawing.
Chester and Push Horse Rescue provides shelter, feed, veterinary care and farrier services for their horses and rely on the generous support of donors, volunteers, sponsors and grants.
The Rescue was founded by Sharon Robinson, a nurse, and Mark Hanson, a builder, who reconnected at a class reunion and are now engaged to be married. They both have a special connection and love of horses and spent a lot of time riding growing up in Castro Valley.
Their mission is to offer equine therapy programs that will enhance the quality of life for those suffering from PTSD, depression, autism and other illnesses. Chester and Push Horse Rescue is an advocate for horses in need of rescue, rehabilitation & adoption
