Join us in honoring Captain John T Berger with the Johnny 232 workout at CrossFit Sonora on Saturday, December 11th from 9:00AM – 12:00PM. Register online at www.crossfitsonora.com. There is a $45 registration fee and the proceeds benefit the Captain John T Berger scholarship fund through the Sonora Area Foundation. The workout can be done in a group of up to 4 or individually. You will be assigned a time for your workout a day or two before the event. Families welcome and tax deductible donations are also welcome. Come participate or come cheer on the athletes.
