A con artist Nicky (Will Smith) boasts he has unparalleled skills, although he sometimes works alone, he has assembled a team of 30-odd associates whose job is to work together unseen to steal as much as they can as quickly as possible. Nicky’s not interested in a big score; volume derives income. Nicky’s new inexperienced apprentice, Jess (Margot Robbie), is a possible femme fatale, but will she work with him?
