Update 4:50 p.m.: The wreckage has been cleared on Stockton Road after a two-vehicle crash. Police report the roadway is completely reopened and traffic is moving freely once again.
Original Post 16:25 p.m.: Sonora, CA — A two-vehicle wreck in Sonora has a main roadway blocked.
The collision happened on Stockton Road and South Forrest Road. Police report the westbound lane is blocked and officers are directing one-way traffic, which is backed up. Travelers on Highway 108 are being diverted to Jamestown Road. Motorists will want to slow down or find an alternative route. Luckily, police report just minor injuries in the accident.
