On Saturday, May 16, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM Tuolumne County Solid Waste will be holding their Annual Household Hazardous Waste & Paint Collection Event for residents and qualifying businesses.
This is the time to dispose of any old and unwanted cleaners, paints, pesticides, pool chemicals, contaminated motor oil and gasoline taking up space around the garage, house or yard.
This event will be by appointment only and will be held at the Cal Sierra Recycling Center, located at 14909 Camage Avenue in Sonora.
