The Helping One Woman organization Sonora chapter is putting on a fundraiser honoring Pamela Harris. Pam is a loving wife and mother to her 4 children. Tragically, Pam lost her daughter Ashely in a car accident 2 years ago. Her coping mechanism for her overwhelming grief as a mother was to throw herself into work. Pam’s mind and body were under constant stress, but she pushed through unaware the toll it was taking on her health. She began having severe headaches, which were attributed to the stress and unprocessed grief. After an unknown brain aneurysm ruptured and changed her life on August 5th. She is now facing the horrifying reality of not being able to support her family while she recovers from the surgery that saved her life. Pam is dealing with the residual affects of the ruptured aneurysm and the terrifying reality of not being able to provide for her family.
