Working on your creation for the Handmade Parade? Swing by one of our Trashion workshops for help and inspiration!
Tuolumne County Arts’ Studio at The Dome Building A & B with Caralee 6-8pm
Taking place on the first Saturday of October each year, the Tuolumne County Handmade Parade is a half day of arts and entertainment for all ages followed by a parade of costumes, creations, and performances in Jamestown, CA. Participate in this year’s parade by making your very own Trashion (Trash + Fashion) creations. Think fashion made from trash or recycled / repurposed materials, sustainable couture puppets, creative eco-themed catwalks, and more!
Not sure where to start? Need some help with the creation process? Don’t worry! TCA’s Trashion instructors Jen and Caralee will help you with ideas and techniques during our series of free HMP workshops. Make use of our materials or bring your own unique items to incorporate into your creations.
