The League of Women Voters of the Mother Lode General Meeting will be held on Saturday October 5, 2024 from 10AM to noon. It will be at the Tuolumne County Library at 480 Greenley Road in Sonora. The public is welcome.
The pros and cons of the Propositions on the California ballot in November will be presented. The LWV of California researched the Propositions. Our local League reviewed the ones for Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. Also the new Tuolumne County Clerk and Auditor ( the one who is in charge of elections ), Donny McNair, will be introduced.
