Meet at the Summit Ranger Station at 9 am. We will caravan to the Trail of the Ancient Dwarfs. It is located near Niagara Creek Campground.
Join Mountain Om Yoga and Forest Service employees for a hike and yoga on the Trail of the Ancient Dwarfs.
Bring a yoga mat, water, snacks/ lunch, hat, glasses, wear sturdy shoes.

Age group: Ages 12 and up.
Fees: Free. Suggested Donation $10 per participant.
