Lab Draw Vouchers

To offer lab draws to as many community members as possible in an efficient and safe manner, the Tuolumne County Health Fair is partnering with Adventist Health Sonora to sell low-cost vouchers for use at their outpatient lab locations instead of offering lab draws on-site.

The vouchers are $50 per person, plus an additional $10 for an optional prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test for men. Only cash or check will be accepted. The vouchers will be good from the time of the Health Fair for three months. Attendees may only purchase a voucher for their own use as there is a consent form to complete upon purchase. The vouchers are non-transferrable and non-returnable. Vouchers are only available to adults aged 18 years and older.

Vouchers will be redeemable for three months following the Health Fair at these Adventist Health Sonora Outpatient Lab locations:

Health Pavilion

900 Mono Way, Sonora  Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.  Saturday, 7 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.

Professional Center

It is the patient’s responsibility to follow up with a primary care provider on the results and to seek immediate medical care if results indicate a potentially life-threatening condition. Participants are encouraged to visit the Access to Care exhibit for help with medical insurance and finding local primary care services for ongoing healthcare and regular exams and screenings.
