Most Of Mother Lode Removed From Planned Power Outage List

Sponsored by:

Sonora, CA — Approximately 20,000 PG&E customers across the state will lose power over the coming days because of planned outages due to projected high winds.

However, most of the Mother Lode is no longer on that list. PG&E confirms this morning that outages will not occur in Tuolumne, Calaveras, Alpine or Amador counties. 640 customers will still lose power in Mariposa County. The other counties were removed because of yesterday’s rainfall that passed through the region.

Other nearby counties expecting outages include Merced (27 customers), Madera (1,310 customers), and Fresno (1,235 customers).

Tuolumne County was originally anticipated to have 3,800 outages and Calaveras County expected 2,600 outages.
