James Silva, a resident of Twain Harte, passed away on Monday, January 24, at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Hospice of the Sierra or the Veterans Association. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
