Tamara Miller Sowell, a resident of Soulsbyville, passed away on Sunday, August 29, at her home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tamara Miller Benefit account at Mother Lode Bank in Sonora. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
