Norma Charline “Char” Barnes, a resident of Sonora, passed away on Friday, November 27, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Heuton Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

Residence: Sonora

Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 1:30 pm at River Valley Foursquare Church, located at 1770 Pleasant Road in Redding. There will be a graveside service to follow at Ogburn Cemetery in Shingletown.
