This is a lovely and healthy cold salad, just perfect for a warm summer afternoon!

1 | Tbsp | Orange zest |
1 | Tbsp | Ginger |
1 | Tbsp | Honey |
2-3 | Tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 | Cup | Celery |
1 | Tbsp | Curry |
3 | Tbsp | Cranberries |
1/2 | Cup | Almonds (toasted) |
To prepare:
Mix all the above ingredients (add more curry or soy sauce to taste) with the chilled quinoa. You are ready to eat!
