Maryann’s BEST Bean Dip/Sauce

It is the BEST Bean Dip/Sauce!
Amount | Measure | Ingredients |

1 | 15oz can | black beans (partially drained) |
1/4 | onion | |
2 | cloves garlic | |
1/4 | cup | roasted red peppers (jarred) |
1/4* | cup | chicken broth (fat free) OR vegetable broth |
2 | Tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
To prepare:
Put ALL of these ingrediants in your blender (I used my magic bullet). The longer you blend the thinner the sauce.
*Add a bit more broth if you want it to be thin & sauce like. If you’re going for a dip, go easy on the blending and stick with 1/4 cup or less of broth.
Ideas: Top your sauted chicken with this sauce. Warm it up with a little cheese on top and dip some tortilla chips in it!
