The Creative Arts Support Team (C.A.S.T.), a dedicated group of parents supportive of the programs in the Connections Visual and Performing Arts Academy at Summerville Union High School, is again hosting its annual fundraiser. The purpose of the fundraiser is to infuse money into a scholarship fund maintained by C.A.S.T. Every year the group offers at least three scholarships based on applicants’ interest and participation in creative or performing arts. Additionally, the group provides financial support to visual and performing arts programs available at the school.

The fundraiser this year is an evening social to be held on February 10, 2019 at the Elks’ Lodge in Sonora from 5:00pm – 7:30pm. Tickets to this event are available for purchase, contact Daniel Atkins at Summerville High School (209) 928-4228. As in past years, the event will feature a silent auction, a social hour and a showcase of student performances and artwork. Ticket prices are $30.00 per person or $50.00 per couple.
